Blog Posts Instructions:

We accept a variety of blog post submissions. Submissions can be prose, poetry, flash fiction, lifestyle, academic, memoir, or opinion pieces. All submissions must come from teenagers ages 13-19 and must be related to the topics of social anxiety, confidence, conversation, and/or communication.

Guidelines:

• If your piece has images, please paste them at the bottom of your document. Do not email us any images. 

• We accept doc., docx., and PDF. 

• Title the document: Last Name, First Name, Age, Title

• Refrain from submitting works longer than 2000 words

• We do not accept pieces with excessive language, explicit details, or promoting violence and self-harm.
