Social Confidence Challenge
Join the Social Confidence Challenge.
Deliberately placing yourself in feared social situations—such as telling a dad joke to a cashier or asking for a made-up ice cream flavor—to weaken social anxiety can be daunting to do by yourself. That is why we created the Social Confidence Challenge, where you compete and interact with like-minded peers as you go through social exposure together. It’s completely free!
We only have a limited number of spots per cohort, so sign up fast!
How the challenge will be organized:
- Participants get to choose 1-point, 2-point, and 3-point challenges from an expansive document and will submit audio, video, or picture as proof of completion in a shared Messenger group
- Certain 2-point challenges will be worth double points every day
- A cohort leader will log everyone’s challenges daily and will update a leaderboard, which will be posted on the Messenger every morning.
- The challenge concludes with a one-hour-long Zoom meeting reflecting on the exposure therapy, discussing social anxiety, and planning next steps to reduce social anxiety. This meeting is meant to be a safe space for open discourse
- Participants will receive a certificate of completion
- Winners will get the chance to lead their own cohorts and join the Social Anonymous team
